Do you ever play the ‘what if’ game? I did that for many years, and I reached a point, not too long ago, where I let many of my what ifs go. I talk about moving on and moving forward, but looking back, talk is about the only thing that has happened. Okay, that is not entirely true, I have made some progress…I have let go of the constant thought that I still needed to get a college degree. It was something I believed was going to happen since I was six years old, but it has not and that is okay. When did Christianity become a four-letter word?
These days, many people associate Christianity with organized religion and sometimes even hatefulness. Unfortunately, I really cannot blame them, because so many people do awful things under the name of Christianity, or, for that matter, any number of other religions. I’m not sure the number of people associated with these acts are truly valid representation for entire religions, but with technology, social media, and the ‘I have to know everything about everywhere right now’ mentality, it does at least appear that way.
